About Ancaster Laser Medispa<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

All treatments at the\u00a0Ancaster Laser Medispa<\/strong> are administered by a medical aesthetician who is very experienced in various laser treatments. Trained as a medical doctor in Vilnius, Lithuania, Vilia Nekrasas worked for a large laser corporation with multiple clinics in Ontario and Quebec. She received extensive training from dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and laser companies, as well as the Canadian Aesthetic Academy and the American Society for Laser Medicine & Surgery. In addition, Vilia is also a certified laser safety officer.<\/p>\n

During the recession, many companies closed, and Vilia took up her husband\u2019s offer to open her own laser clinic within the same office as his Ancaster Foot Clinic. In December 2015, we expanded and relocated the clinic to a brand new separate space in the same plaza, next door. All treatments are performed in a clinical setting, maintaining a high degree of professionalism and privacy.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

We use the\u00a0Fotona Dynamis Laser<\/b>\u00a0and other lasers, not IPL for laser hair removal. All sessions are administered in a private, clinical setting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Safety procedures and precautions are of\u00a0utmost importance<\/em>\u00a0to our clinic. Our lasers are owned, not rented, for others to use and are not moved from one place to another. They are also cleaned and calibrated by certified laser service technicians every 3 months.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

A free consultation and patch test is always performed prior to treatments to ensure safety and effectiveness of laser treatment. Not everyone is a good candidate for laser treatments. We do not make false promises to remove grey, blonde, and red hair, or treat any skin type. Evening and weekend appointments are available.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n
